Should we choose live virtual or on-site ISO 9001 training?

Both formats are live, interactive and customized. Live virtual training is available worldwide, avoids instructor travel and works well for participants in different locations. On-site training is available in the USA, Canada and UK and places the instructor at your facility, which can be especially useful for process-based exercises.

How quickly can custom training be scheduled?

Live virtual training can typically begin within 1 week. On-site training requires 3 weeks' notice to coordinate instructor travel. You select your preferred date when booking, and you receive a full refund if we cannot agree on a suitable date.

How many participants can attend?

Employee Training allows unlimited participants in one session. Executive Training is for up to 20 participants. Implementation, Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor Training are normally limited to 10 participants so the instructor can provide effective interaction, practical work and individual feedback. Do participants receive certificates or professional certification?

Employee Training includes a company-issued Certificate of Completion template carrying 0.2 CEUs. Executive and Implementation participants receive Certificates of Completion carrying 0.4 and 1.5 CEUs respectively; these courses have no final exam. Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor participants receive Certificates of Attendance and may take the included optional Exemplar Global TPECS exam. Those who pass earn the applicable 3-year credential, Certificate of Attainment and digital badge.

Do we need an existing QMS before booking custom training?

Not for Employee, Executive or Implementation Training. These courses can support the launch and development of your QMS. Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor Training are most effective once processes and some QMS documentation are available, allowing participants to practice with materials they will later audit.

Can custom ISO 9001 training be conducted on weekends?

Weekend delivery can often be arranged, subject to instructor availability. Implementation and auditor courses are most effective when the relevant processes are operating and the employees needed for practical activities are available.
