What is the difference between ISO 9001, ISO 9000 and ISO 9001:2015?
It's common – though technically incorrect – to use all of these terms interchangeably to describe the current version of the ISO 9001 standard.
Prior to December 2000 there were ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 9003 standards; all were generally referred to as ISO 9000. Eventually these standards were merged into ISO 9001. As for ISO 9001:2015, the appended '2015' indicates the year of revision. The most current revision was published in 2015.
What is the difference between ISO 9001 certification and ISO 9001 accreditation?
There's no difference. Both terms mean that an independent organization confirms (certifies or accredits) that your ISO 9001 quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. I am not sure if I should get certified to ISO 9000, ISO 9001 or ISO 9004?
ISO 9000:2015 is a set of guidelines that describe the fundamental concepts of a quality management system.
ISO 9004:2018 offers guidelines for enhancing an organization's ability to achieve sustained success.
You cannot get certified to either of these standards.

I noticed that the auditing video course is 30 minutes while the online ISO 9001 internal auditor course is several hours. What am I missing?
These courses are very different courses in terms of teaching method, learning objectives and content.
The online course is an interactive course that includes quizzes. It's an intensive course that provides comprehensive training in all aspects relevant to internal auditors, including all ISO 9001 requirements. The course is taken by individuals.
The video training, on the other hand, is a multimedia presentation; the quizzes are included separately in the learning guide and taken after watching the video. The objective of the video training is to provide an overview of internal auditing and teach auditing skills in general rather than focus on ISO 9001 requirements.
