Andrew is a senior ISO 9001 consultant and works with many clients from their initial inquiry through to successful certification.
He is an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor with more than 25 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, project management and change management, spanning financial and service industries as well as traditional manufacturing.
Andrew has helped clients successfully implement more than 100 quality management systems and has conducted well over 100 internal audits across multiple industries.
He is also an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci-certified Change Practitioner, with a particular passion for improving operational processes and sustaining performance gains.
Andrew has audited and consulted on ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001, and delivers our ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor courses, which receive a 4.8 out of 5 student satisfaction rating.

Greg Thompson
General Manager
In his role as General Manager, Greg shapes our strategic direction and practical, no-nonsense approach.
He also remains actively involved in client support and consulting and takes part in the ongoing development and improvement of our products.
After holding several management positions with midsize manufacturing companies, Greg became an ISO 9001 auditor in 2002.
Since then, he has focused on quality management systems and gained extensive experience implementing ISO systems for small and midsize companies around the world.
His management and implementation background gives him a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face.
Greg joined the 9001Simplified team in 2016.

Colin Gray
Consultant, Instructor and Lead Auditor
Colin leads our team of ISO 9001 consultants.
He is an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor and remains actively involved in management consulting, training and internal auditing.
With more than 30 years of consulting, training and auditing experience, Colin has helped hundreds of companies design and implement ISO 9001 systems across a wide range of industries.
While much of his expertise is in the ISO 9000 family of standards, he has also worked extensively with industry-specific derivatives and other management system standards.
His focus is on designing simple, effective processes that provide strong organizational control while driving continuous improvement and added value.
Outside of 9001Simplified, Colin is a frequent contributor to conferences and industry-leading organizations.

Naomi Sato
Consultant and Product Manager
Naomi holds dual responsibility as an ISO 9001 consultant and Product Manager.
Her intimate knowledge of our products provides an ideal foundation for client support and consulting, while the first-hand insights she gains from working directly with clients feed back into product development and continuous improvement.
Naomi's background is in finance, including a senior auditing position with an international auditing firm.
Since 2008, she has focused on ISO 9001 as a management consultant, coach and efficiency expert.
Her financial and auditing background gives her a strong eye for both operational workflows and financial controls, helping companies simplify complex quality processes and identify improvements that are operationally effective and financially sound.

Carl Fallon
Client Support Manager
Carl is one of our experienced ISO 9001 consultants and the first point of contact for many of our clients worldwide.
He is also part of our product development team, where he contributes insights gained from direct client support and has helped develop our guidebooks and training courses.
Carl's background in ISO 9001 includes more than 15 years of experience as a lead auditor and management consultant.
He has implemented ISO quality management systems for small and midsize companies throughout North America and Asia.
His primary focus is on developing simple processes that increase efficiency and productivity while keeping employees motivated and engaged.

Melodi Nelson

Melodi is an experienced consultant and IRCA-registered QMS Lead Auditor.
She is also an instructor for our accredited Lead Auditor course and several of our other courses.
Melodi brings more than 25 years of experience in quality management, internal controls and laboratory auditing.
She began her career in the food industry, where she was responsible for internal audits and international product and farm certifications.
Since then, she has gained extensive experience consulting, supporting and mentoring companies across numerous international standards, including organizations in highly regulated industries.
Her primary focus at 9001Simplified is ISO 9001 and building robust systems that satisfy both quality-management and industry-specific requirements.

Robin Bathurst

Robin is an experienced consultant and Lead Auditor.
She is also an instructor for our accredited Lead Auditor course and several of our other courses.
Robin brings more than 20 years of experience in ISO 9001 quality management and process controls across medical testing, medical devices and manufacturing.
Her background includes consulting, managing employees, training and auditing ISO 9001 and related management system standards.
At 9001Simplified, Robin focuses particularly on advanced process controls, consulting, custom training and auditing, making her especially valuable to organizations with highly technical or regulated processes.

Simon Keller
Training Manager, Instructor and Lead Author
Simon is our Training Manager, lead author of our ISO 9001 courses, documentation and instructions, and one of the lead architects behind our implementation methodology.
His development team draws on our consultants and external professionals with expertise ranging from design to legal issues.
Simon also serves as an instructor for several of our custom courses.
Simon's background is in education and technical writing.
He began his career developing user instructions and training employees for a large petrochemical company before taking on a key role in the company's ISO 9001 implementation.
For more than 20 years, he has applied those skills as an instructor, management consultant and architect of numerous ISO 9001 quality management systems, translating complex requirements into clear, practical systems that people can understand and use.
Simon joined the 9001Simplified team in 2015.
