The Gap Analysis & Implementation Plan will get you a feasible and comprehensive roadmap to ISO 9001 certification based on our analysis of your company's processes. This professional consulting service, in combination with our Do-It-Yourself certification kit, creates a hybrid implementation approach that gets you over the initial hurdle, kick-starts the implementation, and sets you up for success.

Our consultant will work directly with your ISO 9001 implementation manager / team, and inform top management of the scope of implementation.

The service includes a remotean on-site gap analysis conducted by one of our experienced ISO 9001 consultants, detailed advice on how to fill any gaps, a documentation plan, and a project plan.

Depending on your company size, this service takes only 1 to 3 days.

As a result of this service you should have a good understanding of how best to apply ISO 9001 in your company, the tasks and activities that need to be completed, and the documentation required.

What's Included

This remoteconvenient in-house service is designed to work together with our Certification Tookit (which must be purchased separately) and is typically provided as follows:

Gap Analysis
We'll first gain an understanding of your company's activities and controls, and identify where your company is and isn't meeting ISO 9001 requirements. As part of the remoteon-site analysis, our consultant will inspect business processes, review documentation, and interview management and employees.

Consulting
Next we'll impart a solid understanding of how best to apply ISO 9001 in your company. After the gap analysis, our consultant will discuss options and offer solutions where processes do not currently exist. This remotein-house session will focus on the best use of your 9001Simplified documentation and how best to apply it as the solution system.

Presentation
Finally, we'll describe the documentation structure that's needed for your company, and explain the tasks and activities that need to be completed in order to set up your ISO system. There will be a final virtualin-house presentation in which our consultant describes what gaps were found in your company and what steps need to be taken to get certified. Senior management are encouraged to attend. Note that some time is required to prepare for the presentation.

Reports and Plans
You will receive a detailed report containing a review of the gaps, plus a detailed project plan – your roadmap to ISO 9001 certification. Note that some time is required to prepare the report.

Staff responsible for the implementation are expected to work with our consultant and join all activities.

Prerequisites

The Gap Analysis & Implementation Plan works in tandem with our ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit (which must be purchased separately). Staff responsible for the implementation are expected to prepare for the consultancy by familiarizing themselves with the content of the Certification Toolkit and the ISO 9001:2015 standard; they also need to have a copy of the standard at hand when working with our consultant.

The best timing for this service is when you are ready to start your ISO 9001 project – and after both employee and executive training has been provided.

We can begin with the gap analysis of your company as early as 1 week from the date of purchase, so the earliest currently available date for this service is XXXX.

How?
You'll enter your preferred (starting) date at the time of purchase, and we'll subsequently contact you to confirm it or to agree on another mutually convenient schedule. In the unlikely event that we can't agree on a date, we'll promptly issue a full refund.

There will also be some communication prior to the service to plan and test communications technologies, as well as to help our consulting team to prepare. Preparation instructions and materials will be sent in advance.

When?

Facilities
Attendees of the final presentation need to be connected through video conferencing – either individually or in group settings. To allow our consultant to virtually visit work areas, you need to prepare a mobile device with video conferencing capabilities. You need to provide a room with sufficient seating for the final presentation. Also, our consultant will need full access to your company's processes, along with the opportunity to meet executive staff, department managers and employees.
