By accessing 9001Simplified.com and/or by purchasing any of our products, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please exit 9001Simplified.com immediately, and do not make a purchase.
Prices and Currencies
Our Products are available in several currencies. Please select your preferred currency from the currency dropdown on the top left side of our Website. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer will determine any applicable foreign transaction fees, as well as the exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees if your account is not denominated in your selected currency. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for details. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. Payment is made online through our secure payment page. Payments by phone, check payments and POs are not accepted. Payment by bank transfer may be possible upon request.
Refunds and Returns (Money-Back Guarantee)
We back Our Products with a Money-Back Guarantee. In case you are not fully satisfied with any of Our Products, you may request a refund subject to the following terms:
a) Time limit and procedure: Refunds are available within the time frames and according to the procedures shown below:
Do-It-Yourself Tools: within 30 calendar days of purchase. All refund requests for the ISO 9001 Certification Package and all other Do-It-Yourself tools must be mailed to us within 30 days by postal mail (address is shown on refund request form; see below); the date stamp by the postal service serves as date of notification. Refund requests that are post-stamped later than 30 calendar days after purchase will not be accepted. In addition, your refund request must reach us no later than 60 days of purchase. We recommend that you send your request by certified expedited mail and keep a receipt as we are not responsible for lost or delayed mail. Refund requests must be in the form of a completely filled out refund request form.

Note: certain DIY tools (e.g., the ISO 9001 Certification Package and the ISO 9001 Documentation Toolkit) also include components of other product categories (e.g., online training, DVD courses and document review) whose respective refund conditions apply. If you don't meet the refund conditions for any component, We will issue a pro-rated refund by deducting the value plus applicable shipping fees (as determined by Us) of such component.
Online Training: within 30 calendar days of purchase. All refund requests for online training must be made by email or our contact form no later than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will then confirm your refund request by email. Please note that there will be no refund for online courses that have been completed or that have been accessed (by log in) after we received your refund request. Contact us for a refund.
Video Courses & Learning Guides: within 30 calendar days of purchase.
All refund requests for the DVD version of our video courses and for printed learning guides must be made by email or our contact form within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We will then email you a return authorization and instructions.
In order to quality for a refund, you need to return the DVD and/or learning guides to the address listed in the return authorization; the DVD and/or learning guides including any accessories and packaging must be received in salable condition and within 30 calendar days of issuing the return authorization.
Products received in a condition that prevents resale will not be refunded, nor will they be returned to the Customer.
Shipping fees are not refunded. Contact us for a return authorization.
All refund requests for the Network/LMS version of our video courses and learning guides must be mailed to us within 30 days by postal mail (address is shown on refund request form; see below); the date stamp by the postal service serves as date of notification. Document Review Service: within 30 calendar days of purchase. All refund requests for document review services must be made by email or our contact form no later than 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will then confirm your refund request by email. Please note that there will be no refund for the document review service after you submitted any document for review. Contact us for a refund.
MyDraw Software: within 30 calendar days of purchase. All refund requests for MyDraw software must be made by email or our contact form within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will then confirm your refund request by email. Contact us for a refund.
b) Refunds: Qualified refund requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued as follows:
Payment by credit card: we will issue the refund only to the same credit card as used originally during the purchase.
Payment by PayPal: we will issue the refund only to the same PayPal account used for the purchase.
Payment by wire transfer: we will issue the refund either by wire transfer to the same bank account used for the purchase or by PayPal to the email address shown on the purchase receipt.
Refunds are made in the currency and in the amount of your original payment received by us. We will not refund shipping fees, custom fees, bank fees, differentials in exchange rate or any other fees incurred by you.
c) Exclusions: We reserve the right to dishonor refund requests in the following cases:
Fraud or abuse: We will not honor refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Additional action may include notification of relevant authorities and credit card issuing banks, as well as other legal action.
Assignments: We will not honor refund requests by individuals other than the original customer (as shown on the purchase receipt).
Repeat purchases: We will not honor refund requests for repeat purchases of the same product by the same customer.
Violation of terms: refund requests that are incomplete, late or otherwise don't meet our Terms will not be accepted.
In case we dishonor a refund request for an ISO 9001 DIY tool, online course or Network/LMS version for any reason other than suspected fraud or abuse, we will provide the original customer again with access to the product download or course.
d) Fraud: We protect ourselves against fraud, and we reserve the right to take legal action in case we identify a copy of an ISO 9001 DIY tool or other Product (modified or unmodified) after a refund was issued.
In case that a DVD course or printed learning guide is received by you in damaged or defective condition, please follow the procedure shown above under Money-Back Guarantee. We will quickly send you a replacement.
Certain Products include a certification guarantee. This means that the organization at which we provide such Products is guaranteed to pass their external assessment audit provided that leadership and staff of the organization are committed to the success of the project and follow Our reasonable advice.
ISO 9001 Certification Service: the quality management system generated or agreed by Our consultant(s) during this assignment is guaranteed to satisfy the requirements of the current ISO 9001 standard and relevant regulations defined as the objective of the project.
ISO 9001 Internal Audit Service: the quality management system audited by Our auditor(s) during this assignment is guaranteed to satisfy the requirements of the current ISO 9001 standard once the task list and/or audit findings as shown in our audit report have been completely addressed.
Consultancy advice necessary to rectify valid nonconformances identified during the subsequent external assessment audit will be provided without additional cost to the client.
No responsibility can be accepted for changes to the quality management system not generated or agreed by Our consultant(s) and/or audited by Our auditor(s), where the client has not followed the reasonable advice of the consultant/auditor (particularly during the assessment) or where the project has failed, through fault of the client for whatever reason, to fully prepare and complete the quality management system to satisfy the requirements of the standard. No liability is accepted for reassessment charges or other costs necessary as a result of the client's failure to follow the agreed documented quality management system. Our liability for any failure under this guarantee is strictly limited to providing consultancy advice to rectify valid nonconformances.
We include free upgrades with Our Products subject to the following terms:
Do-It-Yourself Tools: free upgrades within 5 years. Our ISO 9001 Certification Package and all other Do-It-Yourself tools include free upgrades within 5 years of purchase, including any upgrades necessary to comply with a new revision of ISO 9001. All upgrade requests for DIY tools must be made by email or our contact form no later than 5 years from the date of purchase, and must include the purchase receipt. We will then confirm your upgrade request by email. Please note that free upgrades are limited to documentation templates and instructions, and that there will be no free upgrade for components of other product categories (e.g., online training, DVD courses and document review). Free upgrades may be in form of revised products or special update kits that facilitate the necessary changes; free upgrades are provided as downloadable file(s) to the email address of the original purchaser. Note that our newsletter provides timely information on relevant product updates. Contact us to request a free upgrade and provide your purchase receipt.
MyDraw Software: free upgrade to the next paid version. Your purchase of the MyDraw software includes free updates as well as a free upgrade to the next paid version. Software updates and upgrades are available directly within the MyDraw software or from the MyDraw website.
Our Products are provided to you as follows:
ISO 9001 DIY Tools: immediately by digital download. ISO 9001 Do-It-Yourself tools are available for download only – which is the fastest and most efficient delivery method for digital products. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with the download instructions. You must complete your download within 10 days as download links will expire after 10 days and may not be reactivated.
Note: certain DIY tools (e.g., the ISO 9001 Certification Package and the ISO 9001 Documentation Toolkit) also include components of other product categories (e.g., online training, DVD courses and document review) whose respective product delivery conditions apply.
Online Training: immediately through online dashboard. When you purchase online training, we will provide you with online access to a course management dashboard (online dashboard). The online dashboard allows you to take purchased course(s) yourself or assign purchased course(s) to other company staff. Access to the online course management dashboard is provided by email immediately after your purchase. If you use the online dashboard to assign course(s) to other learner(s), you will be able to use your online dashboard to monitor their progress. Course access is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase so be sure that training is completed within that timeframe. Learners may take the course at their own pace, and pause and resume as needed.
Video Courses & Learning Guides: DVDs and printed learning guides are shipped within 1 business day. We ship worldwide, and we generally ship all DVD courses and learning guides within 1 business day of purchase using the shipping method of your choice (except DVD courses that are included with other products (e.g., with the ISO 9001 Certification Package) which are shipped by Super Saver). We offer several different shipment options which will be presented to you upon entering your shipping address. Shipping options also show shipping rates and estimated arrival dates. Since there are numerous factors that influence actual shipping time, particularly for international shipments outside the USA, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these estimated arrival dates. Our responsibility for all shipments ends with the proof of shipment; the customer assumes the responsibility for shipment.
If you purchase the Network/LMS version of our video courses or learning guides, we will provide the files by digital download. Within 1 business day of your purchase, you will receive an email with the download instructions. You must complete your download within 10 days as download links will expire after 10 days and may not be reactivated.
On-Site Services & Training: delivered after 3 weeks or later. On-site visits including consulting and on-site training can be scheduled to commence as early as 3 weeks from the date of payment. We will contact you upon your purchase to determine and agree on a mutually convenient schedule. We will then conduct an on-site visit at your company and provide the on-site service and/or training on the day and time We agreed upon.
Document Review Service: completed within 1 week. Our Document Review can commence the day of your purchase and will be completed within 1 week. We will contact you immediately upon your purchase with instructions on how to submit your document for review. Within 1 week of document submission, We will provide the results of Our review in form of a detailed report to you by email.
MyDraw Flowchart Software: immediately through registration code. When you purchase MyDraw flowchart software, you will receive a registration code for product registration and download directly from Nevron, the publisher of MyDraw.
We ship from the USA. Any shipment to destinations outside the USA may be held up by the customs department of the destination country and may be subject to custom duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. All actions by the customs department and other agencies of the destination country are outside our responsibility and influence; any customs duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
Usage and Licensing
All Products are copyrighted and protected under international copyright laws. By purchasing a Product from Us you are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the Product in accordance with these Terms:
a) ISO 9001 DIY Tools: You may use Our ISO 9001 Certification Package and all other Do-It-Yourself tools, modified or unmodified, at a single company/organization that is either your or your client's company/organization. You have to purchase the same Product once more in order to use it at another company/organization or for another client. You are authorized to use our DIY tools on an unlimited number of computers within the same company/organization. You are also authorized to make any and unlimited modifications to Our ISO 9001 templates to fit the circumstances of your company/organization, including replacing our logo with your own logo. You may not make Our Products, modified or unmodified, available for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Us. This includes placing any of Our Products on a website or any other medium accessible to anybody outside the company for which the Product was purchased. It is your responsibility to safeguard the modified and unmodified Products you purchased from Us and prevent their unauthorized use. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from us.
b) Online Training: Online training is designed and licensed to be taken by individual learners. By purchasing an online course from Us, you are acquiring access to an online course management dashboard (online dashboard) that enables you to take your purchased course or assigned it to another learner. Courses may only be assigned to employees of your company/organization for the purpose of them taking the training. Each online course is to be taken by an individual learner (the person to which the course has been registered). Providing access to Our online training and/or included course materials to any person other than the registered learner (including any use in public showings, commercial training courses or webinars, or access to course materials on networks or the internet) is prohibited, constitutes a violation of copyrights and is subject to prosecution. The resale of access to Our online courses, and any other commercial use are prohibited, constitute a violation of copyrights and are subject to prosecution. Any form of duplication of Our online courses in their entirety or in portions to a computer, server etc, is prohibited, constitutes a violation of copyrights and is subject to prosecution.
c) Video Courses & Learning Guides: By purchasing a video course and/or learning guide from Us, you are acquiring a license to use the course and/or learning guide at one single company/organization. Public showings of our video courses and/or learning guides (in part or in full) or showings in commercial training courses or webinars, the resale or transfer of our video courses and/or learning guides in any format, and any other commercial use are prohibited, constitute a violation of copyrights and are subject to prosecution.
By purchasing the DVD version of our video courses or by purchasing our printed learning guides, you are acquiring a license for use at one physical site of one single company/organization. Any form of duplication, including saving a DVD course in its entirety or in portions to a computer, server etc, or including a DVD course in its entirety or in portions in a webinar, video conference or similar - even if at the same company/organization - is prohibited, constitutes a violation of copyrights and is subject to prosecution. Customers who wish to show a DVD course at more than one site (physical location) or at more than one company/organization need to purchase an additional DVD course. Customers who wish to upload a DVD course and/or learning guide to their corporate network or LMS for the purpose of showing it to company employees or use a DVD course and/or learning guide in a webinar within their company/organization may purchase the Network/LMS version.
By purchasing the Network/LMS version of our video courses and/or learning guides, you are acquiring a license to upload the files to a corporate LMS, corporate network or intranet for viewing by employees regardless of their location. The license includes usage in a webinar within your company/organization. The Network/LMS version also allows for self-printing of learning guides as long as such learning guides are only used by employees of your company/organization.
d) On-Site Services and Training: Our on-site services and our on-site training are licensed for a single company/organization. Only members of your company/organization may participate; the maximum number of participants are shown in the product description. Providing external access to our services, on-site training and any included training materials and hand-outs is prohibited. ISO 9001 documentation that We prepare and/or provide for your company/organization as part of Our services is governed by the usage and licensing terms of our ISO 9001 DIY Tools.
e) Document Review Service: The document review service is designed and licensed for the ISO 9001 documentation of a single company/organization. Our service is limited to the review of documentation that applies to a single company/organization. The Document Review Service is further limited to your customization of our ISO 9001 Quality Management Manual and does not extend to any other related or unrelated documents or document sections.
f) MyDraw Software: 9001Simplified is an Authorized Nevron Reseller for Nevron's MyDraw software. Nevron's End-User License Agreement applies.
