When purchasing training, we collect the full name and email address of the learner or course administrator (in case of group purchases). The course administrator will then collect the full names and email addresses of all learners and enter it in the Learning Management System. Learners and course administrators may optionally add additional information into the Learning Management System, for example, postal address, company, and phone number. The information identifies the person taking the training and exams so that a training certificate can be issued and so that we can communicate with the learner.
Course administrators have access to the information on learners who they registered. This includes information on learning progress and exam scores.
Our Learning Management System provider may keep learner and course administrator information stored on their servers in the USA or another jurisdiction.
This information is used for various purposes, including processing your transactions, customer service, product and service development, responding to your inquiries, direct marketing and marketing analysis, and facilitating your use of this website.

We use suppliers that assist us in providing products and services to you. These suppliers include shopping cart, payment processors and services used to communicate with you. For example, your purchase information may be imported into services that we use to send purchase receipts, license codes and other communication in support of our products and services.
