2015-to-2026 Training Course Upgrades

Eligible original purchasers of our ISO 9001:2015 Implementer, Auditor or Lead Auditor online certification-training courses receive a 50% discount on the equivalent ISO 9001:2026 course. The offer applies to qualifying courses purchased from September 20, 2025 onwards.

The discount code is automatically issued to the original purchaser's email address upon release of the new course. Eligibility and conditions are set out in the training course upgrade terms.

This offer concerns courses for individual learners. It is separate from renewal of a 2026 training certificate and from an organization's ISO 9001 transition or certification.

To ensure success, your project must be started within 6 months of purchase. Your active collaboration is essential. Please be aware that projects may expire after prolonged inactivity, and we are unable to offer refunds for expired services.

Online Training

You'll receive immediate access to your course or to our online dashboard if you purchase training for someone else. Each learner receives up to 3 months of course access from enrollment, ending when the course and any included examination have been successfully completed. Extensions are available upon request for a fee. If you purchase a course for someone else, please enroll them within 12 months. Enrollment deadlines and exam access for Re-Certification Exams are explained under individual training certificates.

Custom Training

Live virtual training can start as early as 1 week from payment; on-site training after 3 weeks. We will contact you to schedule. Please note that custom training must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase.

You will promptly receive a unique registration code and instructions from the publisher, Nevron.

Individual Training Certificates

This section concerns training certificates issued by 9001Simplified to individual learners. It does not concern an organization's ISO 9001 certification, which is managed through its certification body.

Validity and renewal

Certificates of Attainment for our ISO 9001:2026 Implementer, Auditor and Lead Auditor credentials are valid for 3 years. Holders can renew by passing the corresponding online Re-Certification Exam without repeating the training. This also applies to Auditor and Lead Auditor certificates earned through our custom training.

Learners can enroll for renewal before their certificate expires or within 6 months afterward. They then have up to 3 months from enrollment to pass, with unlimited free retakes during exam access. The renewed certificate and digital badge are valid for 3 years from passing.

For certificates that expired more than 6 months ago, the next step can be discussed with our support team. The full conditions are set out in the renewal terms.

Other certificates and edition upgrades

Certificates of Attendance and Completion are not renewed through this process.

For individual learners moving from a 2015 training certificate to 2026, the route is the new certification-training course for their role. The separate training course upgrade offer applies to eligible purchasers.

Any separate Exemplar Global personnel certification follows Exemplar Global's own renewal requirements.

The ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit and other Do-It-Yourself tools are licensed for use at a single company/organization. If you wish to use the same product at an additional company/organization, please contact us for a volume discount on additional licenses. You are authorized to use the DIY tools on an unlimited number of computers within the same company/organization. Additionally, you have the freedom to make any necessary modifications to the ISO 9001 templates to fit your company's unique circumstances, including replacing our logo with your own.

Consulting Services

Our on-site and remote consulting services are licensed for a single company/organization. If we are preparing ISO 9001 documentation as part of our services, you are authorized to make any modifications necessary.

Online Training

Online training is designed and licensed for individual learners only. Please purchase one course per learner to ensure compliance.

Custom Training

Regardless of whether your training is conducted on-site or remotely, it is designed and licensed for a single company/organization.

MyDraw Software

Each software license permits use by one user on one computer. Transferring the license from one computer to another is allowed and straightforward. As 9001Simplified is an authorized Nevron reseller for MyDraw software, the Nevron End-User License Agreement applies.
