ISO 9001 works best when leadership treats it as a management system, not a certification project. This course focuses on the decisions and responsibilities that belong at executive level.
Know What Top Management Must Do: Understand the leadership responsibilities for customer focus, policy and objectives, resources, accountability, integration, performance review and improvement.
Evaluate the Business Case: Weigh customer and market requirements, costs, efficiency, risk and commercial benefits to decide what value ISO 9001 should create.
Sponsor Without Running the Project: Know what leadership must decide, resource, monitor and challenge while the implementation team handles the day-to-day work.
Keep the QMS Business-Focused: Use objectives, process performance and improvement as management tools instead of allowing ISO 9001 to become a separate layer of bureaucracy.
Protect Executive Time: Get the leadership-level knowledge you need in less than 4 hours, self-paced and on demand.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Try it risk-free for 30 days.
What I liked the most is the simplicity of explanation.

Executive Training is for top management with organization-wide responsibility for direction, sponsorship, resources and QMS performance.
Manager Training is for department managers and team leaders who manage processes, people, risks and day-to-day QMS responsibilities within their areas.
Executive Training is for senior leaders who actively sponsor and oversee the QMS.
Foundation Training is for people who want to understand ISO 9001 in more depth but do not have operational responsibility for leading, managing, implementing or auditing the system. This can include directors or board members who need the big picture without running the QMS.
No specific training course is prescribed by ISO 9001. The standard does, however, assign direct leadership responsibilities to top management. This course explains those responsibilities and provides a Certificate of Completion as a training record.
