To ensure optimal effectiveness, schedule the employee training just before your ISO 9001 implementation and before rumors develop. Remote training can be scheduled within 1 week of purchase, while on-site training requires at least 3 weeks advance notice.

At the time of purchase, provide your preferred starting date, and we'll contact you to confirm or find another mutually convenient schedule. We'll also discuss customization and course agenda beforehand. If we can't agree on a date, a full refund will be promptly issued.

For remote training, course participants need to be connected through video conferencing – either individually or in group settings. For on-site training, you need to provide a room with sufficient seating, a presentation screen and projector (with connection to a laptop), and refreshments.

Remote Training Option

The remote training experience is identical to the on-site training in terms of content and materials. The only difference is that instead of having an instructor physically present, participants will interact with the instructor through video conferencing technology. It's an engaging and interactive experience where participants can ask questions, just like in a classroom setting.

For the remote training, participants can either gather in a conference room equipped with video conferencing capabilities or join individually from their own computers or smartphones, regardless of their location. We will guide you through the setup process, explaining the technical aspects and testing connections. We are flexible and can adapt to the technologies already in use at your company, such as MS Teams or Join.me.

Our instructors have years of experience in delivering this course remotely. If you have any concerns or specific requirements, please feel free to reach out to us.

There is no exam for this course. Participants are not required to take any formal assessments.
