Audit Planning and Preparation: Objectives, scope, criteria, process context, risks, sampling, checklists and allocation of audit work.
Process-Based Auditing: Following process trails, interviewing personnel, reviewing records and evaluating evidence against ISO 9001 and your own QMS requirements.
