However, if you schedule the course earlier during your ISO implementation, the practice audits can be used to support your implementation efforts.

Course Content
The course utilizes a combination of lectures, discussions, and role plays to engage participants, along with guided, hands-on auditing exercises of actual processes at your company. The course content includes the following topics:
The ISO 9001 standard from the auditor's point of view
Interpretation of the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and indicators for compliance in the context of your company
The roles and responsibilities of staff involved in the audit process
Audit planning
Managing audits and leading auditors
Auditing tools and techniques
Audit reporting and recording of nonconformities
Follow-up activities and verification of corrective action
Extensive supervised auditing exercises to develop auditing skills in real-life settings at your company
Examination and Certification
After completing the course and receiving their Certificate of Attendance (evidence of training), participants have the opportunity to take the Lead Auditor Exam free of charge. Graduates who pass the exam will receive the Lead Auditor Certification, as evidenced by our Certificate of Attainment.
The optional exam is computer-based, in a multiple-choice format, and has a passing score of 70%. There is no time limit for the exam, and participants can retake it unlimited times without any additional charges.
