Schedule and Start

To ensure optimal effectiveness, we recommend scheduling the implementation training when you are ready to embark on your ISO 9001 journey and have provided introductory employee training. Remote training can be scheduled within 1 week of purchase, while on-site training requires at least 3 weeks' advance notice.

At the time of purchase, kindly provide your preferred starting date. We will contact you to confirm the date or find another mutually convenient schedule. Before the training commences, we will discuss customization options and the course agenda. In the event that we cannot agree upon a date, a full refund will be promptly issued.

Andrew has a passion for identifying sustainable process improvements, with over 25 years of ISO 9001 experience in the financial and service industries, as well as traditional manufacturing. He is an engaging instructor, experienced auditor, ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner.

Simon Keller

Prerequisites
No prior knowledge of ISO 9001 required. To prepare for the course participants need to complete a set of exercises and familiarize themselves with the ISO 9001:2015 standard (and bring it to the course).

Facilities
For remote training, course participants need to be connected through video conferencing – either individually or in group settings. For on-site training, you need to provide a room with sufficient seating, a presentation screen and projector (with connection to a laptop), and refreshments.

Additional Information

Remote Training Option

We offer both on-site and remote versions of our Custom ISO 9001 Implementation Training. If you're wondering how the remote version works, let us explain.

Regardless of the version you choose, the training content remains the same. The only difference lies in how participants interact with the instructor. Instead of having the instructor physically in front of them, participants will see the instructor on their screens.

Even though it's remote, our training is still live and provides the same opportunities for interaction and hands-on implementation activities as a traditional classroom setting. This is made possible through video conferencing technology.

Participants can choose to attend the course together in a conference room equipped with video conferencing capabilities, including a large screen, speakers, and microphones for engaging in discussions. Alternatively, participants can join the course from their own computer or smartphone, regardless of their location.

To ensure a smooth and successful remote training experience, we will guide you through the preparation process, explaining the details, discussing technologies, and conducting connection tests. While we currently use MS Teams and Join.me for remote training, we are flexible and can adapt to the technologies already in use at your company.

No Exam Requirement

Our Custom ISO 9001 Implementation Training does not require participants to take an exam. Instead, upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. The training's focus is on the practical application of ISO 9001 knowledge and skills rather than formal assessments.
Not Required with the ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit

If you are already utilizing our comprehensive ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit, you may be wondering if it is necessary to take this training as well. We recognize that the toolkit includes excellent online implementation training, and therefore we would not recommend taking this course alongside it. However, if you feel you need additional support or guidance, we are happy to discuss options with you.
Can Be Purchased Independently

Whether you are using our other services or not, you can still benefit from this training.
