• Applicability for Managers and Executives

  The ISO 9001:2015 Foundation Training provides an overview of the standard and its implementation, but it does not encompass the specific responsibilities of managers and executives. To ensure they have all the necessary knowledge and skills for certification, we recommend considering our targeted executive or manager courses instead.

• Bulk Purchases for Corporate Buyers

  We offer the option of bulk purchases for corporate buyers, making it convenient to enroll multiple learners and monitor their progress. This allows learners to independently take the course at their own pace and schedule. Here's how it works:

  Select the desired quantity of courses, such as 10, and complete the purchase.

  You will receive an instant email containing login instructions to the online course management dashboard.

  Enter the name and email address for each employee, and our system will send them their login instructions for the course.

  Each employee can now take the course independently, choosing when and where to study. They can pause and resume the self-paced course as needed and switch between devices. Course access is available for 3 months from the date of enrollment, with extensions possible upon request.

  You can easily track the progress of each employee through your online dashboard.

  Upon successful completion of the course, employees will receive a digital certificate that can be shared and retained as evidence of training.

• Course Access

  To ensure timely completion, the course must be finished within 3 months from the date of enrollment. In our experience, this timeframe provides an ample opportunity to absorb the material. However, if additional time is required, course access can be extended as needed.

• Optional Exam and Certificate Options

  The final exam is completely optional. You have two certification options:

  Certificate of Attendance
  By completing the lessons, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance that fulfills the ISO 9001:2015 requirement for training records.

  Certificate of Attainment
  Alternatively, you can choose to take an online multiple-choice exam to obtain a Certificate of Attainment. This certificate not only demonstrates evidence of training but also signifies the acquisition of essential competencies.

  Both types of certificates come with blockchain verification and can be easily shared on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels.

• Exam Retakes and Results

  For those who choose to take the final exam, you may do so as many times as needed, free of charge, until you achieve a passing score of 70%. After completing the exam, you will receive a comprehensive review of your results, including your final score. Additionally, you have the option to retake any lessons to reinforce your knowledge.

• Accreditation by Exemplar Global

  9001Simplified is an Exemplar Global Certified Training Provider and Examiner. We have the authority to issue Certificates of Attainment that display the Exemplar Global certification mark and Competency Units. However, it is important to note that currently, Exemplar Global does not have Competency Units applicable to introductory and overview courses. As a result, this particular course is not Exemplar Global accredited. Nevertheless, you can trust that we developed this course with the same high standards that we applied to our accredited courses.

• Difference between Online Training and Live Virtual Courses

  When choosing between our online training and live virtual courses, the key differentiating factor lies in flexibility and subsequent effectiveness.

  A live virtual course closely resembles a traditional classroom presentation but is conducted remotely through video conferencing technology. While you can participate in the live virtual course from anywhere, it requires specific timing and runs concurrently with other enrolled learners.

  On the other hand, our online training offers unrestricted access, allowing you to study at your convenience and manage your own schedule. You have the autonomy to decide the duration and frequency of your study sessions, and you can revisit lessons as needed. This personalized learning approach ensures the best outcomes tailored to your preferred pace. In other words, our online training provides complete flexibility and adjusts to your needs, maximizing the effectiveness of the learning experience.
