ISO 9001 succeeds or fails in day-to-day management. This course gives managers the practical knowledge to make the QMS part of normal operations.
Know Your QMS Responsibilities: Understand what ISO 9001 expects from managers and team leaders, and how those responsibilities fit into the wider QMS.
Manage Processes, Not Clauses: Use the process approach and PDCA to manage work, ownership, risks, resources, performance and improvement instead of treating ISO as a paperwork exercise.
Make ISO Part of Normal Management: Connect QMS responsibilities to everyday decisions, process control and team performance rather than creating a separate compliance layer.
Train Managers Consistently: Give managers across departments a common understanding of how the QMS should work, with group enrollment and completion tracking.
Learn on Your Schedule: Complete the focused course in less than 4 hours, on demand and on any device.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Try it risk-free for 30 days.

This course is designed for department managers, team leaders and other people responsible for managing a process or team within an ISO 9001 QMS. It focuses on the day-to-day responsibilities that make the system work in practice.
Employee Training is a brief awareness and motivation course for general staff. Manager Training goes much deeper into the responsibilities of people who manage teams and processes, including process control, risks, resources, performance and continual improvement.
Foundation Training explains ISO 9001 as a whole for people who want more than basic awareness but do not have operational QMS responsibility. Manager Training is role-specific: it shows managers and team leaders how to manage their part of the QMS in daily operations.
Executive Training is for top management with organization-wide responsibility to sponsor, resource, steer and review the QMS. Manager Training is for managers and team leaders who run processes and teams within that system day to day.
Manager Training teaches managers how to run their part of an existing or developing QMS. Implementer Training is for people responsible for designing the QMS, translating ISO 9001 requirements into the system, and leading the implementation project through certification readiness.
The Manager Training course is designed to be completed in less than 4 hours. It's fully self-paced and on-demand, so managers can fit it around normal work.
The course includes a short final assessment to confirm understanding of the material. It consists of multiple-choice questions and can be retaken as often as needed at no extra charge. It's a straightforward wrap-up to the training, not a high-stakes certification exam.
No. ISO 9001 does not prescribe a specific Manager Training course. Organizations must ensure that people whose work affects the QMS are competent for their responsibilities. This course builds the relevant ISO 9001 knowledge for managers, and the Certificate of Completion provides a record of the training and final assessment.
