Executive overview:
Your company's executives will receive a comprehensive overview of the implementation activities and gaps discovered during the thorough process analysis. This high-level overview establishes realistic expectations while enabling top managers to support the implementation activities for a sustainable ISO 9001 system and successful certification.

Process consulting:
Our ISO 9001 consultant will work in partnership with the implementation manager/team to create and strategize a custom implementation plan that enables the implementers to attain a clear path towards success. During this process, many consultations ensure that every question is definitively answered, and each implementer is on track to succeed.

Implementation plan:
We will provide a custom roadmap to ISO 9001 certification that outlines all the tasks, activities, and documentation required for a successful implementation based on our comprehensive analysis of your company's processes and activities. Your implementation team can immediately utilize this plan to complete the certification project with ease.

How Does It Work?

We offer both remote and on-site consultancy options. Regardless of which option you choose, the process remains the same and includes three critical components:

Gap Analysis
First, we conduct an extensive gap analysis to fully understand your company's activities and controls. Our consultant will review all documentation, inspect business processes, and interview management and employees to get a comprehensive overview.

Consulting
Our team provides consulting services to impart a thorough understanding of how best to apply ISO 9001 to your organization. We will discuss all options, offer solutions to missing processes, and help you focus on the best utilization of the Certification Toolkit.

Presentation and Report
We present the documentation structure and provide a detailed report outlining the necessary steps to set up your ISO system and obtain certification. Senior managers are invited to attend and understand the process's nuances.

Prerequisites

Your company must have our ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit. To get the most out of the service, those responsible for implementing ISO 9001 should be familiar with the toolkit, undergone the included training, and have access to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Additionally, all employees and executives should have completed the corresponding course included in the toolkit.

Schedule and Start

We recommend using our service at the very beginning of your ISO 9001 implementation, after your implementers have completed their course. To maximize the benefits, we suggest that employees and executives also complete their training prior to scheduling the Gap Analysis & Implementation Plan.

For the remote option, we offer flexible scheduling and can have the service up and running as early as one week from the date of purchase. However, for the on-site option, we require a minimum of three weeks' advance notice to make the necessary arrangements.

Scheduling your Gap Analysis & Implementation Plan is simple. Just enter your preferred starting date at the time of purchase, and we will contact you to confirm it or discuss an alternative mutually convenient schedule. In the unlikely event that we cannot agree on a date, we will promptly issue a full refund.

Remote Service Option

Whether performed on-site or remotely, our service is equally effective. To achieve this, our consultant will work closely with a member of the ISO 9001 implementation team, who will act as the consultant's virtual eyes, ears, and mouth during the gap analysis. We also leverage collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams for screen and file sharing.
