The Website, Products and information are owned by 9001Simplified.com  and its parent company, who are collectively referred to as "We" (or "Us" , "Our" etc.) Access to and use of the Website and the Products is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the Website and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. We reserve the right at any time to change any of the Terms contained herein or any information contained in the Website without prior notice. Any such changes will appear on the individual pages of the Website and/or on this screen. By using the Website, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.  If a court finds any of the Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, the unenforceable or invalid Term will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the other Terms will remain valid and enforceable. Prices
All Our prices are in US Dollars, and you will be charged in US Dollars. For your convenience, We also display prices in numerous other currencies in parenthesis; the conversion is performed using the most recent exchange rate.  However, all currencies shown other than US Dollars are for information only; your credit card issuing bank may use a different exchange rate and add conversion fees (if your account is not denominated in US Dollars) and foreign transaction fees (even if your account is denominated in US Dollars) which could result in an actual cost to you that is different from the amount displayed on Our website (since such fees may in some cases be assessed by your credit card issuing bank and not by us, please contact your credit card issuing bank for details).

The Products are available for download only – which is the fastest delivery method! Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with the download instructions. Product Copyright and Use
All Products are copyrighted materials which are protected under international copyright laws. By purchasing a Product from Our website you are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the Products in accordance with these Terms:

a) Limited Usage: You may use each individual Product, modified or unmodified, at a single company only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same Product once more in order to use it at another company or for another client.

b) Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Products to fit your purposes. 

c) Unauthorized Use: You may not place any of Our Products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, file server, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from us. It is your responsibility to safeguard the modified and unmodified Products you purchased from Us and prevent their unauthorized use.

d) Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from us.

e) Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Our Products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of us.

Return Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)
We back Our Products with a Money-Back Guarantee. In case you are not fully satisfied with any of Our Products, you may request a 100% refund within 10 days of purchase subject to the following terms:

a) 10-Days Time Limit: This money-back guarantee is valid for 10 calendar days calculated from the date of purchase. All refund requests must be mailed to us within 10 days by postal mail; the date stamp by the postal service serves as date of notification. Refund requests that are post-stamped later than 10 calendar days after purchase will not be accepted. In addition, your refund request must reach us no later than 40 days of purchase. We recommend that you sent your request by certified express mail and keep a receipt as we are not responsible for lost or delayed mail.

b) Refund Request Form: All refund requests must be in form of our completely filled out Refund Request Form. Incomplete Refund Request Forms will not be accepted.

c) Refunds: Qualified refund requests will be honored within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued as follows:
- Purchase by Credit Card: we will issue the refund only to the same credit card as used originally during the purchase;
- Purchase by PayPal: we will issue the refund by PayPal to the same email address used for the purchase;
- Purchase by Wire Transfer: we will issue the refund by PayPal to the email address shown on the purchase receipt.
All refunds are made in US dollars in the amount of your original payment received by us. We will not refund any bank fees, differentials in exchange rate or any other fees incurred by you.

d) Exclusions: We have the right to dishonor refund requests in the following cases:
- Suspected Fraud or Abuse: If we suspect fraud or abuse, we have the right to dishonor a refund request. We will not need to prove fraud or abuse if we dishonor a refund request, nor will we need to explain our reasons for dishonoring a refund request.
- Transfers: We will not honor refund requests by individuals other than the original customer (as shown on the purchase receipt).
- Repeat Purchases: We will not honor refund requests for repeat purchases of the same product by the same customer.
- Violation of Terms: Refund Requests that are incomplete, late or otherwise don’t meet our Terms will not be accepted.
In case we dishonor a refund request for any reason other than suspected fraud or abuse, we will provide you with new download instructions so that you can re-acquire the product.

e) Abuse: We protect ourselves against abuse and fraud, and we reserve the right to take legal action in case we identify a copy of our product (modified or unmodified) after a refund was issued.
