The Implementation Manual is easy to customize and make it fit your company’s individual circumstances if you follow the included detailed customization instructions. The MS Word version can be simply edited without rewriting; the PDF version cannot be edited. You may find that much of the Implementation Manual can be adopted by you without change; or you may find that changes are necessary to fit your company’s needs. The included customization instructions point out and explain the sections that may require such changes.
